各ユニットには、海を一望できる専用バルコニーがあり、アロマ空気清浄機、加湿器、冷蔵庫、薄型テレビ、セーフティボックス、専用バスルーム（バスタブ付）が備わります。4月から10月まで、ビーチセット（スリッパ、ビーチガウン、ビーチバッグなど）を用意しています。
